Very attentive to how he needs to be taught and at what pace to go with him. He is extremely patient and encouraging. We have learnt so much about both the theory and practical side of the drums. My son is developing not only his skills on the drums but with his confidence, knowledge of music and his focus. Peters' knowledge and experience make him such a great teacher and he really enjoys sharing it with his students and the parents. It's also quite a treat to hear him play himself. Each lesson is structured but still fun, which keeps my kid motivated and excited to learn. The progress has been incredible, my child has gone from struggling with basic rhythms to confidently playing along with songs we never thought possible. Truly a fantastic experience! Peter is an amazing teacher and person. He is very passionate about music and shares this love with his students. His studio set up brings the music skills he teaches to reality. He is super patient in his teaching style and knows how to keep the lessons fun and engaging- so important for little kids starting to learn an instrument!! Peter’s Private Drum Lessons Sydney take pride in their work and students. Lessons can be arranged in either group sessions or one on one tuition. Each student will receive professional training and mentoring starting from the basics to advanced. Anyone that tried even once to sit behind a drum kit will say that drumming is lots of fun. These days of modern and stressful living an hour of drumming can be a great way to let off some steam. Besides lowering both blood pressure and stress hormones, drumming can increase alpha wave activity in the brain that can calm the mind and even achieve a meditative state. Some studies have shown that drummers have increased endorphins – the hormones that cause feelings of happiness and euphoria. Why don’t you give a try and kick some drums! Under the term FLEXIBLE here at Peter’s Private Drum Lessons there is no limitation in the style of music that you want to learn, anything from Contemporary, Rock, Funk, Fusion, Jazz, Blues, Latin, Pop, Balkan and Gypsy Balkan percussion styles of music.
